About the project

Mapa do Segundo Turno (Brazil Runoff Map) is an independent, collaborative project conceived by Miro Medeiros. It brings together facts, comparisons and sources to contribute to public debate and an informed choice.

Purpose

A position, with sources

The project has an editorial position: to advocate choosing Lula over Flávio Bolsonaro. That commitment demands rigor. Arguments must rest on verifiable information, with context and links so each reader can check the sources and form their own judgment.

Each page covers a topic and aims to make information easier to read, compare and share. The criteria for research, fact-checking and data handling are set out in the metodologia.

Collaboration

Work open to review

The content is reviewed by the project’s contributors. The project welcomes contributions from anyone who wants to suggest topics, point to documents, check figures or flag errors. Every contribution must pass the same fact-checking criteria before becoming part of a page.

To request a correction, identify the page, passage and, if possible, a source that helps verify the information. Collaboration strengthens the project when it makes the facts more accurate and the sources more accessible.
