Within the law

How to distribute

  • Hand out in person: on streets, in squares, at markets and in parks, without blocking passage, until 22:00 on Saturday, October 24.
  • Do not put posters up in public: on poles, walls (including your own home’s), trees, bus stops, schools, public offices, shops, churches, taxis or ride-hailing cars. Electoral law prohibits this, with fines of R$ 2,000 to R$ 8,000.
  • Not at work: the law prohibits electoral campaigning in the workplace.
  • On Sunday, October 25: do not hand out or leave paper on the street or near the polling station. You may vote wearing your sticker or badge, in silence.
  • Print as provided, on your own initiative and without payment: do not change the figures or cut off the identification line, add insults or fabricated images, or pay or receive payment to distribute.

Printing

How to print

Print at actual size (100%), without “fit to page”, so the QR code and cutting lines print correctly.

Ordinary A4 paper, in black and white or color: the materials were designed to work in both. Cut along the dashed lines; the margin is already included in each item.

At the print shop, take the PDF, not the image. Before printing many copies, test the QR code with your phone’s camera.
